Bread Making

So I have made homemade bread with my mom for a little over a year now. I got my own Hand grinder a while ago and so I wanted to start making my own bread at my own house without my moms help. To just know that i could do it on my own. So I grinded my own wheat and made my bread. baked it and then took it out of the oven cut into it and the middle wasn't done. It was doughy. Yuck! I was so upset! I felt so dumb that i couldn't make homemade bread by myself. That I needed my "mommy's" help to bake bread for my husband. Wow I was so mad. Zach was wondering why i was getting so mad. He just kept saying that it was not my fault, that it was the yeast or some ingredients were bad. So I tried it again with new yeast, It didn't turn out. I felt so stupid! To make a long story short.... I tried and failed making homemade bread 5 or 6 times till i got it right. The day i got it perfect I was so happy, so excited! I did it all by myself. I am a big girl. I didn't need my "mommy". So now i make bread for me and my hubby all the time. I have perfected my bread making skills. Slash just an fyi... to grind 3 cups of wheat which is 1 loaf of bread, it takes 30 min. Very time consuming. So I learned a very important lesson: don't give up & if at first you don't succeed, try, try again.
